We had an amazing stay at this hotel. The location was perfect as it was right in Bukit Bintang and across the road from Berjaya. It was close to everything, making it convenient for us to shop during our short stay. The hotel facilities were top-notch, and the cleanliness was impeccable. The staff, especially Daven in the morning, were friendly and went above and beyond to ensure our needs were met. We also appreciated the convenient parking and the availability of transportation options, such as the nearby Imbia Station. The breakfast provided was delicious and had a wide variety of options.

We had a fantastic stay here. The location is perfect as it is right in the center and just across a mall. The room was very comfortable and had great amenities, including ironing facilities, air conditioning, tea and coffee facilities, mini-bar, sitting area. The bathroom was also very nice and had all the necessary amenities such as a telephone, bathtub, and free toiletries. The staff were exceptional and made us feel very welcome and comfortable. They had excellent service room service, 24-hour room service, limousine service, laundry, valet parking, paid airport shuttle.

The hotel is an affordable gem in the heart of the city with Level floors and comfortable rooms with good Wi-Fi and a tasty breakfast. Its location at the monorail station in front of Berjaya Time Square mall is great for shopping.

Convenient location near shopping and food markets, with good views from the rooms. Excellent breakfast with a wide variety of choices. Room service and shower were impressive. Adequate gym with modern equipment available 24/7. Requesting for some complimentary items might be needed, but staff were helpful and accommodating.

Located just across from a big mall and near other shopping centers, this hotel offers a convenient location for guests. There is also a restaurant on the property, which is convenient for those looking for a quick bite to eat. The rooms are clean and comfortable, with nice views of the surrounding area.

The soundproofing is not very good, and it can be noisy at times.

What a great stay! the location was perfect, so close to everything we wanted to see, and there were plenty of great places nearby for food. We particularly enjoyed the complementary laundry services and the cocktail hours with yummy snacks and drinks. Plus, the rooms were so quiet and comfortable, everything was just as we had hoped for.

There were a few small things that could be improved, like the furniture in the rooms being a bit old-fashioned and the lack of hotel sandals in the rooms, but overall it wasn't a big deal. the only thing we really didn't like was that the toilet didn't have a shower, which made it a bit difficult to clean.

The hotel had spacious rooms with comfortable beds and a swimming pool for both adults and children. The location was convenient, right across from Berjaya Times Square and near the Monorail station. There were also convenience stores and food stalls within a 5-minute walk.

Felt immediately at home, nothing was too much trouble.

The hotel's strategic location was excellent for shopping and dining. Although the room was average and in need of some renovations, the breakfast buffet was good and had a decent variety. I would recommend this hotel for its location and value.
