We loved the variety of food options for breakfast, including local, Japanese, and Western cuisine. The highlight of dinner was the delicious BBQ'd meats and seafood. The resort's beachfront restaurant, CBA, provided a convenient and enjoyable dining experience. The beach was quiet and felt like a private island, with plenty of beach beds available. The size of the chalet was impressive, able to accommodate a large group. The beds and pillows were incredibly comfortable, ensuring a great night's sleep.

Nothing it was perfect.

The location of the hotel was ideal, with a beautiful beach right by the resort and easy access to town for dining and shopping. the gym facilities were great and the pools were large with plenty of sun beds. the staff at reception were very helpful and friendly. Lastly, the massage and body wrap at the spa were amazing.

The food options at the CBA restaurant and poolside bars were not great. the vegetarian options were limited and there were a couple of times when we ordered the vegetarian dish but it came with meat.

This hotel is great value for money. The prices are affordable, considering the attention to detail, wonderful location on the beach, and amazing sunsets. We found it incredibly convenient to have easy access to stores and all the attractions in Cenang beach. The service from the staff is excellent, and our basic amenities were perfect for our needs, including a cute balcony with an amazing view. The breakfast was included and offered dishes from all over the world, including vegetarian options.

The hotel could improve its check-in process to offer earlier check-ins for guests.

Located near the mini-bar area and shops, this hotel is more convenient and less spread out. The bathroom and bedding are comfortable, and the staff is friendly. The breakfast spread at Spice Market Restaurant is a mix of Asian and Western options, but the Asian breakfast is more delicious. The animal farm and prompt buggy service are bonus facilities.

The water supply issue in some rooms needs to be addressed to ensure guests don't experience unpleasant incidents.

I stayed at Pelangi Beach Resort And Spa for 7 nights and had a wonderful experience. The lobby and restaurants recently underwent a refurbishment, so everything felt fresh and new. The breakfast options were superb, with a choice of dining by the beach or in the main restaurant near the lobby. The staff at the hotel were exceptional, making the check-in and check-out process a breeze. My room, which faced the pool, was spacious and had a lovely verandah. The hotel's location was perfect, as I could easily walk along the long beach for beach activities and also explore the wide variety of restaurants in nearby Chenang.

The location of the hotel is great, as it is within walking distance to the shops and restaurants. it would be convenient if the hotel provided freely available bicycles for guests to reduce their dependence on buggies.

The TV channels could be improved, as some guests mentioned a lack of options like HBO, Cinemax, and Fox Movie.

Additionally, the location was close enough to the main Pantai Cenang area, allowing for easy access to other restaurants and amenities.
