The hotel had great amenities, including a lovely pool and spa, perfect for relaxation during my stay. the staff were friendly and helpful, always greeting guests with a smile. One thing I particularly enjoyed was the convenience of the hotel's location. It was situated near a large mall, making it easy to access shops and restaurants.

The breakfast selection was great, with high-quality and delicious food. The swimming pool area was well-maintained and clean, with towels provided. The staff throughout the hotel were friendly, efficient, and always greeted guests with a wave. The Sabah ginger beer promoted at the hotel was amazing. The early checkout process was excellent, including a wake-up call and packed take-out breakfast packs for guests leaving before the restaurant opened. The deluxe king room offered a nice view of the water. The breakfast buffet was excellent. The shuttle service to the malls was on time and free. Angie at the Spa gave a fantastic massage.

The check-in process took longer than expected and the rooms were not ready when we arrived. the hotel could improve by providing a minimart on-site for guests' convenience and extending the shuttle bus route to include more destinations.

I had a great stay at this hotel in Kota Kinabalu. The room was comfortable and the value for money was excellent. The staff was friendly and treated us well. The location was convenient, right in the center of town and in front of a shopping mall. My kids loved the swimming pool and we all had a relaxing time. I recently stayed at this hotel and got great value for my money. The room was fantastic- comfortable, spacious, and clean. The location was convenient, with a mall just a short walk away. The staff were extremely helpful and even allowed us to extend our stay when we checked out. I also loved the pool, it was a perfect size and temperature, with plenty of deck chairs. The pool bar and restaurant had reasonably priced food and drinks. The bed and pillows were super comfortable, and the bathroom was nice. I would highly recommend getting the premier room with premier suite access, as the complimentary wine, beers, and snacks from 5.30 to 7 were a great addition to the stay.

The breakfast menu could have been better. Towards the end of breakfast time, the food had been out for a while and wasn't too fresh.

The Easter celebration at this hotel was fantastic! the staff went above and beyond to make it a memorable experience. the decorations were beautiful and they even had an Easter egg hunt for the kids. the location was perfect, right near the shopping mall and market. We also enjoyed the spacious room and comfortable bed.
