I stayed at this boutique hotel and was absolutely amazed by its charm and historical significance. The staff was eager to share the rich history of the hotel, making my stay even more memorable. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Manila. I'll definitely recommend this hotel for its unique experience.

The building exudes old world charm with a grand lobby and beautiful staircases to the bar on level 3. Staff are extremely friendly and make you feel at home. Cafe Alicia provides attentive service, especially with children. Housekeeping, particularly Shirley, is exceptional. A great experience overall.

Great experience at this hotel over New Year! The staff were helpful, the pool was enjoyable, and the location was key. Being near popular tourist spots and shopping malls made exploring the city easy. Also, the buffet breakfast was superb and had a wide variety of options for both locals and foreigners.

The view from the corner room was nice. Staff promptly repaired the safety deposit. Alicia cafe had delicious food, good room service, and cheap laundry. The facility felt like home, smaller but cleaner than big hotels. Quick and tasty breakfast and friendly service.
