I stayed at this boutique hotel and was absolutely amazed by its charm and historical significance. The staff was eager to share the rich history of the hotel, making my stay even more memorable. We loved the vintage feel of the hotel and the cozy, quiet atmosphere. The staff were accommodating and helpful, allowing us to change rooms and providing a peaceful and quiet environment. The breakfast buffet was superb and the pool was perfect for cooling off.

Excellent food at adjoining restaurant. Friendly staff at reception, concierge, and cleaning. Good location for ASEAN Summit. Large executive room, suitable for discussion. Less than 10 min to PICC, walking distance to cultural center and restaurants.

The view from the corner room was nice. Staff promptly repaired the safety deposit. Alicia cafe had delicious food, good room service, and cheap laundry. The facility felt like home, smaller but cleaner than big hotels. Quick and tasty breakfast and friendly service.
