the hotel, Movenpick, was the best transit hotel I've stayed at in the area. the staff were friendly and the rooms were spacious. the hotel offers a shuttle bus to the airport every 2 hours, ensuring convenient transportation. the Mitsui shopping outlet is nearby, allowing for easy access to dining and shopping options. the breakfast served at the hotel was also delicious, making for a pleasant stay overall.

This hotel is incredibly convenient for business travelers, being located just a stone’s throw from the airport. There are also some nearby shops if you need to do last minute shopping.

One detail detracted from the overall experience: the elevators were often very slow.

The property is well-maintained, with a huge and welcoming lobby area. The front office staff, named Arrissa, was friendly and helpful during check-in. The swimming pool is also suitable for kids and families. The breakfast spread offers a variety of selections, and the F&B manager was polite and attentive to the needs of my kids. The Thai massage therapist, Jane, was experienced and skilled in relieving my pains and migraines. Special mention to Mr. Kadir from housekeeping who found and returned my forgotten iPhone and debit card. the service from the staff, including ArIssa, front office, Jane, F&B team, and Mr. Kadir, was commendable.

The staff was not able to resolve the issue and despite their efforts to change my room, I still had to settle for a smaller bed. the lack of available taxi services during early morning hours made it difficult for me to attend a few early business meetings.
