The chambermaids are attentive and anticipate guests' needs, while the receptionists are friendly and knowledgeable. The hotel is conveniently located near a hawker stall, a children's clinic, and a convenience store. The bed is comfortable and the room is clean and cozy. The hotel offers free shuttle services to the airport, train station, and tourist areas.

We had a short stay at a hotel located near famous eateries and the city's many attractions. It was great being close to all the best places to eat local fare and just a short distance from the town center. The room was clean and soundproof, with comfy beds. The staff were helpful and always had a smile. The breakfast had a wide variety, including delicious Asian food. We also enjoyed the night view from the sleek rooftop bar.

The air conditioner control in our rooms was not working properly and the room temperature was erratic.

Staying here was the best decision I made. The hotel is at the city centre, making it easy to walk to local food stalls and the night market. The staff was kind and helpful, and the room was equipped with ironing facilities, air conditioning, flat-screen TV, carpeted floor. The buffet breakfast was delicious, offering Western and Asian options that changed every day. I appreciated that this place had a bike rental, laundry, medical facilities, and a bar/lounge area for relaxation. I enjoyed my stay here!
