the rooftop pool has great views and is not too crowded. the carpet in my room was dirty.

The hotel is conveniently located near the Monorail station at Bukit Nanas, making it easy to explore nearby attractions. I loved the spacious room that came with a big fridge and a washing machine, which was perfect for a longer stay. The vibrant nightlife is just steps away, and the area is great for walking around and experiencing the local culture.

The reception can be slow at times, especially during the busy hours.

The hotel rooms are tired, worn-out, and in dire need of maintenance!!! The reception area is congested with luggage creating a messy first impression. Certain elevators are poorly marked, leading to confusion!!! I suggest upgrading the washing machines. they struggle to dry clothes adequately!!!

We had a pleasant stay with spacious accommodations, and the pool on the roof was a relaxing escape. The kitchen in the suite came in handy for light meals. Be sure to check on the latest taxi rates at the reception. they can vary significantly!

The two-bedroom apartment was spacious, spotless, and featured a beautiful view. The pool area was serene, though it would have been perfect with an open bar. Staff were helpful, adding to the overall pleasant experience.

just awful! the bathroom was moldy and gross, and the reception was cluttered with luggage. it would’ve been nice to have some complimentary snacks as compensation for my suffering! the elevators were a disaster, barely worked, and nobody was there to help. i almost wrote a good review, but nope, just couldn’t! 1-star for the location.

I found the rooftop garden to be an ideal spot for relaxation. The view of the city and KL Tower was refreshing after a long day. One day, I returned late in the afternoon, and my luggage was still at the front desk. It took a while to sort out, which was frustrating. Overall, the space felt like home, especially for someone who enjoys flexible stays.

It was just a nice choice for a quick layover in Kuala Lumpur with fantastic value for money. The pool has a wonderful view of the KL Tower, especially at night. Make sure to try the breakfast. they have a good selection.

The location is amazing, right in the center of Kuala Lumpur! 🚶‍♂️ Easy walking distance to shopping centers and restaurants. Housekeeping was great, always kept the room super clean. The staff were accommodating and made me feel at home.

The location is central. within walking distance of major attractions. The staff made huge efforts to provide exceptional service, and the housekeeping was top-notch. The rooftop pool offers a scenic view.

However, the elevators had issues during peak times. and it would be nice to improve the bathroom scents.

Clean room, comfortable bed, with helpful staff who quickly accommodated our breakfast requests and provided excellent luggage storage, all within a convenient 1 km distance to vibrant nightlife and local eateries.
