We loved the lovely bedroom with lots of character and quirkiness. The friendly staff were very helpful, especially Roberta. The breakfast service was pleasant with lots of options. The location was fantastic, close to the main city center, shops, and bars. The highlight was Greene's restaurant, a wonderful fine dining experience with excellent service. Next door is one of the best cocktail bars in the city.

I recently stayed at Isaacs Cork City for a weekend getaway. The hotel is conveniently located within walking distance of the train station and city center. The staff was incredibly helpful and friendly. We enjoyed a delicious dinner at Greenes and the tasting menu with wine pairing was exceptional. Our room faced an inner courtyard, providing a peaceful and quiet stay. The shower was great and overall, it was a wonderful experience. I would definitely book here again.

One of the downsides was that the rooms were not serviced during our stay, so we had to request clean towels and have our bins emptied. Additionally, there were no fresh mugs for coffee and no extra coffees and milk provided.

What a great value for our money! The room was lovely, and we even got a free upgrade to an executive suite with a stunning view of the waterfall. The location was perfect, not far from the busier areas but still peaceful. The staff, especially Marie, went above and beyond to make our special occasion memorable.

Our Easter break was made even better by our stay at this centrally located hotel. the friendly staff greeted us with a basket of Easter eggs and provided complimentary tickets to the local museum. the fully equipped kitchen in our room was a lifesaver for preparing our own Easter feast. Plus, the hotel was located just a stone's throw away from all the main attractions and dining options.

The offsite parking, which required us to park a few blocks away and walk back to the hotel.

The room wasn't properly cleaned, with previous occupants' hair in the shower. the air conditioning couldn't be adjusted, making the room uncomfortably warm.

We really enjoyed our stay at this venue. The location was fantastic, just over the river from the railway station and not far from the busier areas in city centre. Our room was equipped with everything we needed, including amenities like ironing facilities, air conditioning, and tea and coffee facilities. The dining table and patio with garden furniture were a nice touch, and the sink and free toiletries were convenient. The staff were exceptional, with quick room service, special diet menus, and a welcome drink upon arrival. We also appreciated the leisure facilities, including Wi-Fi and luggage storage.
