The business suite is spacious and clean, while the normal room is outdated with old furnitures. The staff are caring and friendly, and they even walk with the visitors to their rooms for inspection. The hotel offers a buffet system breakfast with delicious Nasi Lemak and chicken rendang. There are also various eateries nearby.

The hot water in the normal room is lukewarm, which is disappointing.

The free parking was convenient and saved me some extra expenses. The hotel's location near restaurants and bars made it easy to have a good time during the weekend. The staff at the hotel were friendly and helpful, answering any questions I had. the complimentary Wi-Fi was strong and reliable.

The cleanliness of my room was not up to par. The bathroom tiles were cracked and the shower head was rusted and dirty.

We loved staying here! The location is perfect and we could easily find shops and restaurants nearby. The room had everything we needed, like ironing facilities, air conditioning, and tea and coffee facilities. The staff was very friendly and helpful, and they went out of their way to accommodate our request. We also enjoyed the leisure swimming pool and the free Wi-Fi.
