We had a great stay at a hotel right in town and close to everything. the staff was so helpful and accommodating - they even reheated our take away meal and provided us with plates in our room. the bed was huge and the room was spotless. We enjoyed the city view, but next time we're hoping for a harbour view. the breakfast before we left was excellent, with attentive staff who kept our coffee pot full. the facilities were top-notch, especially the pool, and the beds were really comfortable. we were well looked after by the lovely employees.

We loved the informative and friendly staff who went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. The location was fantastic, with easy access to Salamanca Markets, great restaurants, and the ferry to MONA. The Tasman restaurant served amazing food and the bar was a great place to relax. The housekeeping and reception staff were efficient, and the concierge gave tailored recommendations.

The location was ideal, with everything within walking distance. The breakfast menu had a wide variety of options and the staff were very attentive. a fantastic hotel experience!

I had an incredible stay at this hotel - it was truly a luxurious experience. The staff, especially Tom and his crew, were fantastic and went above and beyond to ensure my comfort. They provided great advice on things to do in the area and even upgraded my room for the weekend. The location was unbeatable, within walking distance to the waterfront and a short drive to all the major attractions. Being directly opposite Constitution dock, I could easily explore Hobart's waterfront and enjoy a drink or coffee with friends or family. This place felt like coming home, with the perfect rooms for relaxing and winding down. The staff were exceptionally polite and helpful, making my stay even more enjoyable.

Great location near restaurants and Salamanca district with no need for a car. Modern and clean room with luxury bathroom and great shower. Friendly and helpful staff who responded quickly to any requests. Relaxed atrium with comfortable seating and great service. Excellent valet parking.

Can honestly say there wasn't anything not to like.

We had an amazing stay here! The location was perfect and we were able to walk to all the places we wanted to go, like Salamanca market place, the city centre and the beautiful waterfront. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, and they even helped us park our motorcycles under the building. We were impressed with the quality of the room amenities, such as the mini-bar and the comfortable sitting area. The leisure facilities like the indoor swimming pool and sauna were a great way to relax during our stay.

The shower facilities were not up to our expectations, and we found the shower area to be quite cramped.

Valet service was excellent. Close to Skybus stop, downtown, and museum. Exceptional service, unbeatable location. Incredible view from room, enjoyed the pool and sauna. Perfect start to our honeymoon.
