We had a fantastic time at Parkroyal in Penang! The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, making us feel right at home. The breakfast had a wide variety of choices and was delicious. Our room was comfortable and had an amazing sea view. The large swimming pool was clean and well-maintained, and the facilities were top-notch. We especially loved the slides and Amazonia water splash park for the kids. The hotel also offered a great range of outdoor activities and shows, like the thrilling snake show. For a romantic dinner, Uncle Z by the beach is a must-try, where you can enjoy a stunning sunset scenery. Parkroyal provided a comfortable and convenient base for us to explore Penang.

I had a fantastic stay at Parkroyal! the staff were friendly and quick to respond to our requests. the hotel facilities were top-notch, especially the impressive gym that could rival a commercial one. the night market right outside the hotel was a great bonus, with plenty of eateries along the road. Our room was even upgraded, giving us access to a private garden where we could enjoy the beautiful Seaview. the restaurant near the beach was a wonderful spot to have breakfast and feel the refreshing sea breeze. the public garden nearby also had great amenities like hammocks and swings for relaxation.

Upgraded to a better room for free due to initial smell. Greeted by friendly staff and smooth check-in/check-out process. Incredible sunset view.

The hotel provided excellent children's activities, including a play center and kids' club. The room was spacious and had a nice balcony overlooking the ocean. The hotel bar makes delicious drinks, and there are numerous water sports available at the beach.

As youngsters, we loved the fantastic setting of the resort, with plenty of places to relax and a chilled atmosphere. The beach and night market were in close proximity, perfect for enjoying the outdoors. The poolside service was a bonus, and the Wi-Fi worked well even on the beach loungers. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful, and the food at the buffet was delicious and varied. The well-equipped gym and comfortable beds added to our enjoyable stay. a great place for families with lots of activities and amenities to enjoy.

I recently stayed at a fabulous resort in Batu Ferringhi called Parkroyal, and I had an amazing experience! The room was immaculate and incredibly comfortable, with beds that made for a fantastic night's sleep. The pool was lovely, and the breakfast spread offered a wide variety of delicious choices. I particularly enjoyed the nachos by the pool and the ice cream cocktails. The gym was also great, and I loved taking advantage of the spa and steam room after my workouts. The resort had a beautiful beach just steps away, and the outdoor area had plenty of seating options, including hammocks and beanbags. everything about my stay was impressive and exceeded my expectations.

This place is amazing! The location is perfect, right in front of the beach and within the famous night market. The staff is so friendly and happy with the small request from us, and they really make their efforts to provide excellent service. We loved the leisure swimming pool and the free wi-fi in the rooms that helped us stay connected throughout our stay.

Highly recommended for families and friends who want to have a pleasant and enjoyable time away from home.

Spent Christmas here with my partner and we were happy with the complementary drinks and fruits offered upon our arrival. the location is perfect for those who want to be close to the night market and nearby restaurants. the room was spacious and the bed was comfortable. Plus, there was a nice view from the balcony.

The beach was a complete disappointment. the water was murky and full of jellyfish.

The special birthday surprise arranged by the hotel, although initially delayed, was eventually rectified with beautiful decorations and a cake. The management acknowledged the mistake and made sincere apologies, showing their commitment to guest satisfaction. I had a memorable stay and would highly recommend this resort for a rejuvenating getaway.

While the buffet breakfast was plentiful, it lacked the same quality as similar resort-style breakfasts I have experienced during my travels. Additionally, the pool could use some improvement in terms of cleanliness, as I unfortunately experienced rashes and skin allergies after using it.
