The location of this accommodation is absolutely ideal. It is very near to all the tourist spots, making it convenient and easy to explore the city. Additionally, it is centrally located in the town area, allowing for easy access to all the tourist attractions. The rooms are spacious and clean, providing a comfortable stay for guests. The staff is also friendly and accommodating, ensuring a pleasant experience.

The bathroom facilities could use some improvement as they were reported to be old and dirty by some guests.

The staff at the evening shift, specifically Iqa and Iqbal, were very friendly and made us feel comfortable during our stay. The room decor was simple and elegant, and we loved the design of both the room and the bathroom. The hotel provided Astro channels for kids, which was a great addition. Additionally, there was a convenience store available 24/7 downstairs, and the location was convenient, with a bicycle rental shop nearby.

While there were some misses during our stay, such as ongoing renovations causing noise and dusty stairs, the overall experience was positive. The toilet in our room had some mold and the soundproofing was poor, as we could hear noises from neighboring rooms and the corridor.

I was pleasantly surprised by this hotel. the attention to detail was impressive, with nice decor and gold elements throughout the rooms. Secondly, the location was perfect, right in the heart of the old city center, making it convenient to visit all the tourist spots. Lastly, the staff was friendly and the basic amenities provided were great, with rooms equipped with several plugs featuring USB ports.

Parking could be improved for guests with cars.

The location of the hotel is very convenient, being near Beach Street, Armenian Street, and opposite the clan jetties. It is also within walking distance to the nearby jetty. The room size is huge and comfortable, and there are a lot of plug/USB points available. The toilet shower is cool, and you can even see the Komtar Tower from the room. There are also several hipster cafes around the hotel. As a budget traveler, I appreciate the provided amenities like a water dispenser machine and a hairdryer. Limited parking is available in front of The Kazan cafe.

Felt truly looked after, no complaints at all.

The location was great, just a short walk to cafes and the pier. Easy to explore the area by foot. Check-in and check-out were hassle-free, and the staff were friendly. I liked that they provided a water dispenser, which helped reduce plastic waste. two complimentary bottles were provided in the room.

There were several negative aspects to the hotel. the worst was the lack of parking space and the need to park at my own risk on the road.

Clean towels, shampoo, and even free drinking water were provided, making the stay comfortable and enjoyable. The aircon was efficient, and the room design was pleasing.
