Stunning hotel with a modern, stylish interior design.

During my stay, the room was uncomfortably warm, and despite several requests, the staff seemed unable to assist in lowering the temperature. Additionally, the housekeeping was subpar. the coffee cups were not properly cleaned, and towels were not replaced as expected. I felt disappointed that a hotel of this caliber lacked attention to such basic details.

During my recent stay, I was impressed by the spacious and comfortable room with large windows offering a fantastic view of the city. The hotel features a great breakfast buffet filled with fresh produce and a variety of options. The staff were exceptionally friendly, assisting me promptly with my requests and ensuring my stay was enjoyable.

arriving at this hotel, i expected a slice of luxury but was greeted with a cracked coffee cup and an overheated room. absolutely ridiculus, no fan? what is this, the dark ages? a proper welcome gift would have been nice but obviously, i should lower my expectations. almost a good review, but just couldn’t. now i see why those good reviews are scarce.

During my recent stay, I was impressed by the beautiful breakfast buffet which offered a wide variety of choices that catered to everyone’s taste. The hotel is conveniently located, only a short walk away from the main train station and nearby attractions like the Pharmacy Museum of the University of Basel and Zoo Basel, making it perfect for exploring the city. Despite a minor issue with a chemical smell in the hallway, I found the staff to be genuinely dedicated, as they promptly addressed my needs during my visit.

Delayed room availability upon check-in!!! Issues with room setups not matching expectations!!! Elevator service disruptions and slow service at bar and restaurant suggest a need for efficiency improvements!!!

We had an AMAZING time here! ! The staff was super friendly, going above and beyond, especially when we had an issue with our drinks taking too long in the lounge bar. they comped us the drinks which was sooo generous. The breakfast selection was vast, every morning was like a feast, with fresh produce that kept us satisfied all day.

It wasn’t exactly cheap, but definitely worth it for the experience we got!

My daughter and I had a delightful night in a corner junior suite that provided breathtaking views of Basel. The friendly staff made our stay enjoyable and effortless!

Just a prime choice for a couple of nights in Basel with fantastic value for money. The staff was friendly and helpful, making check-in a breeze. Better to bring your own snacks as the food on-site is quite pricey.
