the staff, especially Sup Mary, were friendly and eager to help. the breakfast had excellent coffee and nasi lemak, and the room had a large comfortable bed. I loved being able to control everything with the iPad, and the location was perfect, just a short walk to popular shopping malls.

The room has high tech features which are convenient, including control of lighting, TV, and blinds via iPad. The ambiance is modern and comfortable, and the bed is huge and comfortable.

The hotel has maintenance issues - my door was broken, and the staff knew about it, as they instructed me to push it open each time. It was inconvenient and frustrating, especially for someone with physical disabilities.
