The staff were amazing, always welcoming with a smile. Plenty of breakfast options and attentive staff. Enjoyed the happy hour and the 20% discount at the restaurant. Upgraded to a sea view room, which was perfect for a solo traveler.

My partner and I recently stayed at Royal Apollonia in Limassol for a week-long vacation. From the moment we arrived, we were blown away by the exceptional service and attention to detail. The hotel staff provided us with a complimentary upgrade to a spacious sea view room on the top floor, complete with a large balcony. The view was absolutely breathtaking, and we were welcomed with a fruit basket, patisserie treats, Cyprus sweets, and a bottle of champagne. The check-in process was smooth and enjoyable, and the front desk staff, especially Evdokia, went above and beyond to ensure we felt welcomed and taken care of. The lobby had a modern and luxurious design, along with live music in the evenings. Our room was clean, fresh, and modern, with tea/coffee making facilities and a coffee machine. The room service was amazing, with our room being cleaned twice a day and sweet treats left for us in the evening. The quality of service and hospitality at Royal Apollonia is truly exceptional - a 5-star experience!

We had an incredible stay at Louis Hotels in Limassol! the customer service was top-notch, making us feel like VIPs throughout our entire stay. the hotel staff went above and beyond to ensure our satisfaction, and even surprised us with a complimentary "check out" cocktail. the breakfast and dinner options were fantastic, with fresh and local choices and different themes each night. We especially loved the view from the restaurant, overlooking the beautiful pool and ocean. Our room was clean and comfortable, with a stunning view of the sea. the indoor pool and sauna added to the overall relaxation of our stay. the Apollonia Taxi Service provided excellent transportation, and the hotel's modern style added to the overall ambiance. it was a truly memorable and enjoyable experience.

Everything is what i need and want.

Had a great time during my Xmas stay. Loved the complimentary chocolates and the jar of honey given to us during checkout. Great location with easy access to the beach and shopping. Also liked the fact that they offered a free shuttle to the nearby attractions.

The room service could have been better. They forgot to replace the towels on one occasion and it took them a while to bring us extra pillows.

The hotel is situated in a prime location near a stunning seafront, perfect for an evening walk. There are many bars, shops and sightseeing trips to embark on all within a 10-15 minute radius. The bathroom and room were spacious and clean, the service was top-notch and the breakfast was exceptional. The hotel also offers great facilities, including an adult-only sunbed area.

There was one member of staff who had poor manners and didn't acknowledge guests waiting at the reception.

I had an amazing time at Royal Apollonia By Louis Hotels. The private beach was small but clean, perfect for relaxing and enjoying the sun. The pools had the perfect water temperature, and the staff were incredibly friendly and kind. I loved the convenience of paying at the end based on my room number, and the live music every night was a great touch. The buffet restaurant was a fantastic option for families with kids, and the three other restaurants on-site offered delicious food. I highly recommend this hotel for a memorable vacation experience.

Luxury was all around me in this hotel! the exclusive amenities, the live entertainment, and the beauty treatments were all top-notch! the outdoor swimming pool and the quiet sun lounge area were perfect for relaxation. the location was ideal for beach lovers, with direct access to the sea, and for tourists looking for a lively nightlife scene. the staff was incredibly friendly and catered to all of my needs.

The only minor issue I had with this hotel was the limited vegetarian options at the restaurant. While the food was top quality and tasted excellent, as a vegetarian, I would have preferred more options.
