The staff provides excellent service, always going above and beyond to meet your needs. The breakfast options are delicious and plentiful.

I had a fantastic week at Palm Oasis, enjoying the stunning views of the ocean from my room and the beautiful architecture of the hotel. The garden and terrace with sundecks were perfect for relaxing. The hotel staff were extremely helpful and the warm water in the swimming pool and hot tub made for a relaxing experience. I highly recommend this hotel for a perfect winter getaway.

The hotel grounds are like a tropical garden, providing a relaxing atmosphere. The location may be a bit far, but it's perfect for a peaceful drive or walk, and there are restaurants nearby, as well as shops and even a mall. The rooms, including the kitchen, bathroom, and terraces, are clean, comfortable.

The breakfast buffet was a bit lacking in variety and should be monitored more closely.

That the hotel bar was quite small considering the size of the hotel. It would have been nice to have a larger bar area to socialize and meet other guests.

Spent xmas at this hotel and had a decent time. Nice swimming pools and easy access to beach. the on-site restaurant was tasty and had a good variety. Loved being able to wash clothes in laundry room.

Beware if you don't have a car. Location is quite remote, so it can be hard to venture out to other restaurants and bars.
