I had an excellent 9-day stay at this hotel! The bedroom was big, clean, and tidy. The breakfast buffet was really complete and nice. The view from my room was awesome. The beds were comfortable and the shower had great water pressure. The WiFi worked perfectly the entire time without interruptions. The staff provided excellent service.

There was nothing I didn't like.

Great stay for Christmas - check-in was smooth and the room was clean and comfortable. Convenient Early breakfast at 5am for early excursions. Friendly staff and good standard of food at the restaurant.

Charges were on the higher side, compared to other hotel chains. Some maintenance issues like leaking showers and no bathroom intake fan.

Arrived at Hilton Garden and was pleasantly surprised by the impeccable appearance and cleanliness of the hotel. The room was spacious and had a walk-in shower with high-quality bath products. The breakfast options were reasonably priced and had a variety of choices. The hotel's back-up generator quickly kicked in during a power failure, ensuring a seamless stay. I had a great experience and would definitely recommend this hotel.

The room service was excellent. The cleaning staff, as well as the breakfast team, were polite and friendly. The rooms were large and spacious, with very comfortable beds. The bathroom was very nice. The hotel was located in a quiet area, away from the city life noise, making it perfect for a peaceful night's sleep. The location was convenient, with easy access to transportation and the main sites in this city.

I had an amazing stay at this hotel! The location was convenient, just a short taxi ride away from the main squares in Cusco. The hotel had all the facilities I needed, including a clean and comfortable room with a great view. The staff were friendly and helpful, making my stay even more enjoyable. The breakfast served at the restaurant was delicious, and the hotel also had a bar and lounge areas for relaxation.

Convenient location for exploring the plaza, easy access to the airport by car. Excellent staff provided great service, especially Erik at the front desk and the manager at the restaurant. Beautiful hotel situated in a quiet area. Laundry room was useful for longer trips.
