The staff at this hotel were incredibly friendly and helpful during both check-in and check-out. They were quick to respond to any issues that arose, such as a faulty access card, and offered instant replacement. The family room was spacious and apartment-like, with a kitchen area, living room, and two bedrooms. The cleanliness level was impressive, and the sea view from the room was a nice touch. The facilities deck on the 5th floor provided excellent features like swimming pools, a gym, and a sauna. The night view from this deck was stunning, making it a great spot for taking photos. The pool was particularly enjoyable for kids, with its mini theme park features. The complimentary breakfast had a wide selection, although the taste was average. it was a great experience for our family, especially considering our budget.

The pool is fantastic, especially for kids. The scenic sea view from the room is breathtaking. The breakfast has good variety and taste. Swiss-Belhotel offers a comfortable stay with satisfactory amenities.

Staying near the sea is always breathtaking, and this hotel's location has everything a beach lover needs. From enjoying grilled seafood at nearby eateries to just walking along the shore, it's a delight. I also loved that everything is just a stone's throw away from the hotel, including my favorite Ikan Bakar restaurant. The rooms are spacious, with a modern decor and beautiful view. The staff is very friendly and helpful, and the facilities are new.

The breakfast choices were limited, and the coffee machine wasn't working.

I had such an amazing experience during my stay at this hotel! The location right by the beach was beautiful and relaxing. The room amenities such as the air conditioning and mini-bar were top-notch and made my stay extremely comfortable. The staff were all so friendly and helpful, and the sauna and outdoor swimming pool were great facilities for relaxing and enjoying my time here.

Our romantic escape was wonderful! the room had a breathtaking ocean view that made our stay even more enjoyable. the sunrise and sunset from our room were magnificent. the breakfast was delicious and offered a variety of options that changed every day. the hotel was ideally located in a quiet spot away from the crowds, but still close enough to fantastic restaurants and shops.

The elevators were a bit of a hassle. the long wait times meant we had to plan our day around the elevator schedule.
