The location by the river was a tranquil surprise. Breakfast had a spread that made each morning feel special, and the spacious rooms provided a comfy retreat after exploring the city.

However, navigating the elevators was a test of patience, often leaving us waiting too long. The maintenance issues like the slow-draining shower put a damper on our relaxation.

the air-conditioning was practically non-existent, and the lifts were a complete disaster. I expected someone to roll out the red carpet for my inconvenience, but no such luck! On top of this, the pool area was so crowded that I felt like I was at a public pool. I just couldn’t recommend this place.

Consider extending your checkout time if you have late plans. it's convenient and reasonably priced for extra hours.

Breakfast featured a delightful spread, with standout Western dishes that satisfied everyone. However, the balcony lacked outdoor furniture, making it less inviting. Despite a clean environment, attention to finer details like ensuring all amenities functioned properly would enhance the experience. The hotel’s location made it easy to walk to nearby eateries and Jonker Street, adding convenience to our stay.

The lifts are a severe bottleneck, leaving guests waiting far too long!!! The pool area is poorly maintained, with leaves and crow droppings present. The air-conditioning offers only a freezing blast, and the towels are unimpressive in quality.

I had a nice time exploring everything nearby. The location was perfect for walking to the main attractions. I enjoyed a stay while watching fireworks from my room during a festive celebration, which made the experience even better. The staff was accommodating when I requested a separate room for my family. The breakfast offered various options that were satisfying and kept us fueled. I appreciated the modern facilities in the room.

I really enjoyed my stay, especially the big, clean rooms and the fantastic infinity pool. being just a short walk from notable landmarks like Jonker Street and the Malacca Clock Tower made it super easy to explore the best of the city on foot.
