The croissants and fresh juice options are top-notch. The variety of yogurt is impressive. The sea view from room 25028 is breathtaking. The staff provided excellent service throughout the stay. The hotel's cleanliness and ample parking add to its appeal.

I recently had a fantastic stay at Swiss-Garden in Melaka. the hotel's location was perfect, with great views of the river from my spacious room on the 10th floor. the front desk staff, especially Rasyidah, were incredibly pleasant and made check-in a breeze. the breakfast spread was impressive, with a variety of dishes to choose from. the swimming pool was a highlight, although the children's section was a bit crowded. my family and I had a wonderful time and my daughter even declared it her favorite hotel. We will definitely be returning in the future to explore more of what Melaka has to offer.

Great location in the city mall opposite The Shore with easy access to many tourist sites and the riverside. Rooms with a nice balcony and a hair dryer were very convenient. Also, the included breakfast was delicious and had a good variety of options.

The rooms are spacious and tidy, with clean linens and towels, and the service is friendly and attentive. The breakfast spread is decent with a good selection of dishes, including delicious dimsum and nyonya laksa. The swimming pool is great for cooling off after a long day out exploring.

One aspect that could be improved is having more charging plugs for mobile phones in the rooms.

I am impressed by this venue's location! It's near the riverside which gave me an amazing view of the city. It's so convenient to many tourist sites! The service from the staff was top-notch. They provided me with 24-hour room service and tours/ticket assistance. I loved the dining restaurant that served halal food and the bar/lounge area was perfect to unwind after a long day. The leisure swimming pool and the free wi-fi were other bonuses that made my stay more enjoyable.
