The location of the resort is ideal, with easy access to the various restaurants on the property. The Di Atas Sungai Restaurant offers a fantastic dining experience, with amazing food and excellent service. The resort also organizes a range of complimentary activities, such as turtle watch, batik painting, and jungle walk, providing guests with ample opportunities to be in direct touch with nature. Additionally, the KL airport offers a comfortable waiting area for guests who have to wait for their flights.

Some members of the staff struggled with English, which could have been improved for a better guest experience.

The traditional Malay architecture is elegant, like a museum. The private pool in The House of Terengganu is perfect for hiding from the world. The dining experiences are so amazing, I almost forgot to eat.

We had a truly memorable stay at this resort. The cleanliness of the rooms, grounds, and beach was impeccable. The hotel facilities were well maintained and the staff went above and beyond to cater to our needs. The breakfast spread was delicious and there were plenty of options to choose from. We also enjoyed the special evening event that allowed us to experience the local culture. The staff were genuinely polite and friendly, making us feel welcome throughout our stay.

Spent Christmas in a seaside paradise in Malaysia. the hotel has beautiful traditionally styled rooms and a stunning landscape. We enjoyed live entertainment, and the on-site restaurant had a fantastic variety of dishes for the holidays.

If I had to say one negative thing, it would be that the bathroom lacked the same exclusive feel as the rest of the room. this was a minor issue that was overshadowed by the overall luxurious experience and the attentive service.
