Clean and nicely designed hotel with comfortable rooms. the breakfast buffet offered a good variety of choices. the friendly staff were helpful and accommodating. Conveniently located near a supermarket and local restaurants, making it easy to find food options.

The swimming pool was not well-maintained and had dead bugs floating in it. There was a strange smell of gas/fuel in the room that we reported multiple times but was not resolved.

We loved the spacious rooms here. The interior design is absolutely beautiful, making us feel like we were staying in a luxurious 5-star hotel. The staff were incredibly kind and friendly, always ready to assist us. The location of this hotel is also excellent, with plenty of restaurants and activities within close proximity. Although not mentioned specifically, we appreciated the various room amenities such as ironing facilities, air conditioning, and tea and coffee facilities.

We highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable and luxurious experience.

We absolutely loved our stay at this hotel. The cleanliness of the rooms and the entire hotel was exceptional. The hotel facilities were top-notch, with a gym and spa that were perfect for rainy days. It was also conveniently located near a shopping mall, which was great for some retail therapy. Although it wasn't near the beach, we were within walking distance to attractions like the Alive 3D Art Gallery, which was a fantastic experience. Additionally, the variety of foods for breakfast was impressive, and we particularly enjoyed the delicious Chicken Rendang. The staff were friendly and efficient, making the check-in and check-out process very smooth.

Nothing, everything was great.

The room was spacious and the bed was incredibly comfy. The hotel facilities, including the swimming pool and gym, were great for the price we paid. The breakfast had a diverse selection and was tasty. The location was strategic and easy to find, although it was a bit far from the beach and eatery places.

We had a great stay at this hotel. The location is excellent, as it is just a short walk to a 3D art museum and an indoor theme park. It is also conveniently located next to a giant hypermarket. The room was clean and spacious, with all the necessary amenities such as air conditioning, ironing facilities, and a flat-screen TV. Despite the hotel not being located near the beach, it was conveniently situated next to a Giant supermarket, making it easy to find. our experience at The Guest Hotel & Spa was acceptable.

We did encounter a few minor issues during our stay. The air-conditioning control in our room was not working properly, preventing us from adjusting the temperature at night.

As a light sleeper, I was pleased with the peaceful surroundings, allowing for a restful stay.
