We had a fantastic time at this place! The staff were incredibly helpful and took care of all our needs. We met many people who have been coming here for years and it's easy to see why they love it. The hotel is set in beautiful mature gardens, creating a tranquil and relaxing atmosphere. We were pleasantly surprised by the cleanliness of the entire venue, especially the lovely clean and fresh pool area. The a la carte dinner was delicious and offered great value for money. The breakfast, although limited, was tasty and of good quality. Our room was spacious and comfortable, and we enjoyed spending time in the pools and gardens. we were extremely satisfied with the hotel and would definitely recommend it to our friends and family.

The rooms are comfortable, with fluffy and soft towels in the bathroom. Additionally, the breakfast buffet, which includes both hot and cold options, is fabulous. Lastly, the veranda area provides a lovely spot to relax.

The hotel's WiFi is poor, and the staff's inconsistency in providing access codes is frustrating. It was not explained to us upon check-in, and even when we asked, we were not given the necessary information.

The hotel was located well, very close to lots of interesting places to visit. the staff was very friendly and accommodating, which was lovely. Plus, the breakfast was very good.

The beds were quite uncomfortable, which made getting a good night's sleep very difficult. I found some of the decor to be outdated and unappealing.

My recent stay at Belavista Da Luz was fantastic. The staff went above and beyond to ensure a seamless experience. I arrived early and they allowed me to store my bags and enjoy the pool until my room was ready. The room itself was clean, modern, and had a beautiful waterfront view. I loved the extra sink outside the bathroom, it was a convenient touch. The room also had all the amenities I needed, including a TV in both rooms, a fridge, kettle, and free bottled water. The balcony was spacious and perfect for enjoying the view. The restaurant staff were also incredibly friendly and made me feel welcome. The food was delicious and reasonably priced. I had a wonderful stay at this hotel and would highly recommend it.

One small drawback was the walk up the hill to the hotel, but that's not really the hotel's fault. Additionally, the breakfast could have had a better selection and more variety.
