At the place I always stay, the stay is always perfect. Lovely staff helped me print the boarding pass. There's everything I need: Wi-Fi, free parking, luggage storage, outdoor dining, flat-screen TV. Coming back for Easter.

The location of this charming historic B&B is perfect for exploring the rural Kentucky countryside, while still being within a reasonable distance to Berea, Richmond, and Lexington. The well-furnished rooms, complete with comfortable beds and quality bed linens, ensure a pleasant stay. The delicious breakfasts prepared by the innkeeper are a true highlight. Plus, the strong WiFi connection is a definite bonus for business guests.

Great breakfast offered, nice presentation, and friendly host. the property is beautiful with a lovely balcony. We enjoyed having the place to ourselves and the incredible breakfast that was prepared. the host was helpful and provided useful information.

Steep stairs to the balcony room were challenging. Weather conditions caused a power outage, so breakfast was unavailable on the second morning.

My stay at the charming historic B&B in a rural location was absolutely delightful. The house, a 160-year-old mansion, is beautifully preserved and filled with fascinating history. The rooms are well-furnished with antiques, and the bed sheets were like a dream. Everything was spotlessly clean, including the bathroom, although the towel holder was unfortunately broken. The breakfast prepared by the innkeeper, Vicky, was not only delicious but also artistically presented. The WiFi internet connection was excellent, which was a pleasant surprise considering the remote location.

Although there were no published historical books or pictures available from the early years of the B&B, the owners were incredibly knowledgeable and eager to share the stories behind the house. The location was perfect, with easy access to nearby attractions such as the Artisan Centre and Boone Tavern.

The breakfast food was very good and fresh. the pillows were so soft and comfy. the location is close to many popular tourist attractions and restaurants, making it easy to explore and dine out.

The carpet has not seen a vacuum in months and was full of hair. the bed was lumpy and uncomfortable.
