Spent Christmas at an amazing hotel. Loved the spacious rooms, equipped with great facilities including a TV and toiletries. The location was perfect with local amenities just a short stroll away. The front office staff were extremely courteous and helpful throughout our stay.

We had a poor experience at the hotel restaurant. The breakfast was limited and we were not informed that we needed to place an advance order.

The service here is top-notch, with room service, housekeeping, and laundry available. I also appreciate the free shuttle service that takes you to different parts of the city. The rooms are well-equipped with ironing facilities, air conditioning, tea and coffee facilities, and a mini-bar. There's also a cozy sitting area where you can relax. The free Wi-Fi in the rooms is a plus.

The bathroom could use a better air freshener as it didn't smell good. However, overall, I still highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a luxurious and comfortable stay.
