The hotel is conveniently located near shopping malls and is just a short distance from the city centre. Guests have praised the clean and comfortable rooms, with breakfast offering a variety of options, including made-to-order eggs. The staff are friendly and welcoming, providing excellent service throughout the hotel. There is also a complimentary shuttle service to and from the city centre, allowing guests to explore the area easily.

Some guests have mentioned that the housekeeping standards were not up to par, with issues such as unwashed bathrooms and uncleaned towels.

Spent Christmas at an amazing hotel. Loved the spacious rooms, equipped with great facilities including a TV and toiletries. the location was perfect with local amenities just a short stroll away.

We had a poor experience at the hotel restaurant. the breakfast was limited and we were not informed that we needed to place an advance order.

This place is in a great location, away from the hustle and bustle of the city centre. It's nestled into the edge of a hill, surrounded by lush greenery, giving it a tranquil atmosphere. The service here is top-notch, with room service, housekeeping, and laundry available. I also appreciate the free shuttle service that takes you to different parts of the city. The rooms are well-equipped with ironing facilities, air conditioning, tea and coffee facilities, and a mini-bar. There's also a cozy sitting area where you can relax. The free Wi-Fi in the rooms is a plus.

The bathroom could use a better air freshener as it didn't smell good. However, overall, I still highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a luxurious and comfortable stay.
