The Station House Hotel in Kilmessan was a beautiful and cozy place to stay. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, making us feel welcome throughout our stay. The food at the restaurant was absolutely delicious and the manager’s attentiveness to our satisfaction was impressive. The setting and gardens added charm to the overall experience.

This hotel is a hidden gem nestled in a beautiful setting surrounded by stunning trees. The location is absolutely picturesque, perfect for a peaceful retreat. The attention to detail in the rooms is impressive, especially the four poster rooms on the first floor with their amazing views. The staff couldn't have been more friendly and attentive, making us feel right at home. Basic amenities were provided in the rooms and the breakfast spread was delicious, offering a great start to the day.

All in all, our experience at this hotel was fantastic and we couldn't find anything to fault.

The outside garden, although occasionally noisy, provides a picturesque backdrop for relaxation. The rooms, while in need of a little TLC, are comfortable and well-maintained. The bathrooms could use some updating, but overall, the service provided by the staff is exceptional. The restaurant serves delicious food, with the staff going above and beyond to ensure a delightful dining experience. The breakfast spread is equally impressive, offering a variety of options to suit everyone's taste. The hotel also offers convenient facilities such as a bar and a lovely family atmosphere.

The bar can get quite busy at times, leading to longer waiting times for service.

During our recent stay, we were pleasantly surprised by the warm and friendly staff who were always ready to assist. The location of the hotel was ideal, with easy access to the local village and popular tourist spots. The cozy and warm atmosphere of the building and surroundings was a definite plus.

The breakfast was a bit disappointing with some items being cold. , the decor and furnishings in the common areas and certain rooms appeared old and worn out.
