This hotel is conveniently located close to the shopping and dining area of the city and is just a short walk away from the beautiful beach. The rooms are spacious and although a bit dated, they are still comfortable. The pool area is stunning, with a peaceful atmosphere and beautiful surroundings. The staff is friendly and attentive, always ready to assist with any requests. The breakfast is average, but there are plenty of options available. it's a great place to stay for a relaxing beach getaway.

One downside is the occasional noise from nearby military activities, which may disrupt the peaceful ambiance at times.

The 3 bedroom villa at Tiara was like a spacious house, complete with a large kitchen and living room. It was set in a separate close of mansions, making it feel exclusive. the evening meals at the hotel were enjoyable and reasonably priced. the staff impressed me with their prompt response to our complaints, with the receptionist personally overseeing the room change and assisting the housekeeping team. the hotel's location was also convenient, with attractions like Tanjung Batu beach, the Marine Museum, and the War Memorial within walking distance.

I recently spent my Christmas holiday in a hotel in Labuan and had a lovely experience. the room was very spacious with a comfortable bed that allowed me to have a good night's sleep. the hotel was also located in a very convenient area, with the beach just a short distance away, giving me the opportunity for a relaxing swim or a nice walk. the staff were very friendly and accommodating, making my stay even more enjoyable.

The furnishings in the room were a bit outdated and could use some updating. there wasn't much variety in the breakfast offered and the restaurant can get quite crowded during peak times.
