Impressive location, beautiful spa, lovely Brasserie restaurant, great staff, impeccable service.

Nothing that I didn't like.

I recently had a wonderful last minute birthday trip to a stunning hotel in a beautiful location. The approach up the tree lined drive instantly impressed me and added to the charm of the historic property. The staff were attentive and friendly, making me feel welcome from the moment I arrived. The room I stayed in was fantastic, with comfortable beds and a personal touch of a cold bottle of fizz and a birthday card. The highlight of my stay was the spa, where I relaxed by the pool and enjoyed a rejuvenating massage. The food at the brasserie was delicious, and the breakfast in the main restaurant was a delightful experience. I had a great couple of days in this exceptional traditional hotel.

Although my stay at the hotel was wonderful, I did have a few minor drawbacks. The menu and food at the brasserie could be improved, as it didn't live up to the overall high standard of the hotel.

We had a truly special experience at this hotel. The location was superb, with a beautiful sunken private garden and the Michelin-awarded restaurant had some delightful dishes. The staff in the Brasserie were lovely and the food was excellent. The room we stayed in was spacious and comfortable, and the bathroom was luxurious. The service throughout our stay was impeccable. The breakfast was delicious and offered a variety of options.

lucknam park in chippenham exceeded our expectations during our recent stay. the bed was comfy, staff were friendly, and we loved seeing the beautiful horses on the grounds. a truly memorable experience!

I recently had an incredible experience at a beautiful hotel in Wiltshire. From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel welcome and took care of our every need. The room was stunning, with a breathtaking view and ample wardrobe space. The bathroom was luxurious and well-appointed. The service throughout our stay was exceptional, with attentive waiters at the Michelin starred restaurant and a relaxed atmosphere in the brasserie. The spa offered a fantastic massage and the swimming pool and grounds were top-notch. The library where we enjoyed afternoon tea was a charming setting, with well-prepared food and a wide range of teas to choose from. The hotel also had an attractive and spacious outdoor relaxation area. it was a perfect place to relax and indulge, and I can't wait to return.

The only slight downside was the delay in clearing crockery and cutlery from previous guests, which took longer than expected.

Stayed at Lucknam Park for a weekend getaway. Surrounded by fields and approached by a beautiful tree-lined drive, the location was stunning. Impeccable service and attitude from the staff, with great spa and gym facilities. The food at the Brasserie was excellent and the rooms were clean, well-decorated, and had lovely bathrooms.

The setting and grounds of Lucknam Park are absolutely stunning. I loved exploring the beautiful gardens and taking a bike ride around the estate. The outdoor seating areas were perfect for enjoying a relaxing afternoon with a book. The amenities, like croquet, added that extra touch of luxury to my stay. In the brasserie, the staff provided excellent service, ensuring I had a delightful dining experience. The room I stayed in was comfortable, and the modern and inviting bathroom was a pleasant surprise.

Had a fantastic New Year at this hotel! the room was amazing with plenty of treats to indulge in. the location was perfect, surrounded by beautiful views and local activities to enjoy. One of the best aspects was the spa facilities, which were top-notch and incredibly relaxing. the staff were also very friendly and helpful, making the stay even more enjoyable.

The breakfast wasn't very impressive compared to other aspects of the stay. it would have been nice to have more options for activities at the hotel itself.

Upon arrival, we were warmly welcomed by the friendly staff and taken to our luxurious suite. the exclusive amenities provided were beyond our expectations, especially the spa and wellness center which offered a variety of relaxing treatments. We particularly enjoyed the indoor swimming pool, sauna, and massage services. the beautiful garden area with its heated swimming pool and sun loungers added to the wonderful experience. the restaurant offered delicious meals with top, notch service and the in, room breakfast was heavenly.

The only minor issue we encountered was the slow service at the bar/lounge area, but the staff made sure to rectify the situation quickly. the hotel provided us with a memorable stay, and we highly recommend this venue for anyone seeking a luxury getaway with top, notch amenities and service.

Starting the day with a delicious breakfast and enjoying afternoon tea in the elegant library added to the overall charm of the experience. The spa, staffed by skilled professionals, offered a truly indulgent and rejuvenating escape.

The room lacked proper ventilation, leading to a night of sleeplessnes as noise from kitchen extractors filled the room.

The beautiful building and surroundings of the hotel were impressive. The attentive and friendly staff made the experience even better. The fact that they upgraded our room for our special occasion was a lovely touch. The spa was incredibly relaxing, especially being able to enjoy the outdoor pool and chairs. The complimentary bottle of bubbly with strawberries, grapes, and chocolates in our room was a delightful surprise.

The service was slow and we had to keep asking for additional items. The fact that the main restaurant was closed during our stay was also a letdown.
