The location of the hotel is ideal for those who love the seaside, as it is conveniently situated near Beserah beach. Guests can easily access the beach as it is just across the main street. The hotel offers sea view rooms, allowing guests to enjoy the beautiful scenery. Additionally, the apartment is fully furnished and self check-in makes for a hassle-free experience.

Some of the housekeeping services were lacking, with guests reporting issues such as a lack of daily housekeeping, towel renewal, and cleanliness concerns.

We stayed at a hotel during our Thanksgiving break and had mixed experience. the best aspects of our stay were that the hotel provided us complementary breakfast and wifi during our stay which was a real deal. the location of the hotel was quite convenient as it was located near the beach where we could easily enjoy beach activities such as 4 wheel bike riding. Another advantage was that the room had a great view that we thoroughly enjoyed.

Our overall experience was let down by various worst aspects of the hotel. we faced issues with cleanliness like sticky floors, dirty bathrooms, and blood-stained bedsheets, which was just disgusting.

The spacious studio flat at Timur Bay Beachfront By Perfect Host was fantastic, with all the modern facilities we needed for a comfortable stay. The cooking facilities, washing machine, and microwave oven were a great convenience. The hot water and hair dryer were also appreciated. The sea view from the 15th floor was breathtaking, and the lift facilities were perfect for easy access to our room. The nearby Balok Beach provided a lovely setting for morning runs and beach activities. We also enjoyed the beach 4-wheel bike rental and the friendly owner.

The apartment and the area are spotless, with beautiful furniture and clean linens. Basic necessities like body wash, shampoo, and towels are provided. The sea view is great for a short getaway, and the balcony comes with a table and chair for enjoying the sunset or sunrise. The swimming pool staff are friendly and helpful.

The hotel was a great value for the price, especially considering the location with easy access to eateries and just steps from the beach. The staff were attentive and the basic amenities in the rooms were in good condition.

Everything was satisfactory.

Great beachfront location, convenient amenities, helpful host, excellent facilities, comfortable for families, big pool.

Can honestly say there wasn't anything not to like.
