The view from the balcony was nice, and the lobby was pretty. the hotel is in a good location for accessing nearby attractions, and the bed was comfortable to sleep in.

There were some problems with the room. the air conditioner and water heater did not have remote controls, and there was no information about the direction of the Qiblah.

Arrived late at night but the receptionist was still friendly and professional. The lobby had a great atmosphere. The location is convenient for accessing UMMC and University Malaya. The room was clean and the environment was calming. I loved the design and aesthetic of the hotel. I would recommend this hotel.
