We absolutely loved our stay at this resort. From the moment we arrived, we were warmly welcomed by the staff who took care of our baggage and provided transportation to the resort's lounge. The lounge offered complimentary snacks, coffee, and even a relaxing massage. Our butler, Hisham, was exceptional, guiding us around the island and ensuring our stay was perfect. The resort's restaurants had great food, including an amazing Arabic restaurant where we met the chef. The all-inclusive dining options were fantastic, and we even had a memorable dinner on the beach. The peaceful and beautiful surroundings, along with the various water activities available, made this resort a truly breathtaking experience. Additionally, the hotel facilities and cleanliness were top-notch, and the staff went above and beyond to exceed our expectations.

Can honestly say there wasn't anything not to like.

From the moment we arrived, the staff were friendly and accommodating, making us feel welcome throughout our entire stay. the ocean villa we stayed in was clean and offered breathtaking views of the ocean. We especially want to thank Preetham, our butler, for going above and beyond to make our anniversary dinner on the beach a truly memorable experience. the staff at the Ranba restaurant were exceptional, always ensuring that we were satisfied with our meals. the hotel facilities and the outstanding service from the staff exceeded our expectations.

The location of the hotel near the tennis courts provides a great opportunity for some friendly competition and outdoor activity. We also enjoyed our meals at Ranba restaurant, which offered a wide variety of delicious options. The 'open buffet' restaurants were a highlight, with exceptional food and a vast selection to choose from. The room we stayed in was well-designed, with comfortable furniture and a stunning view of the ocean.

Some aspects of the hotel's organization could use improvement.

the Spa & wellness centre offered a range of treatments, including full body, foot, back, and head massages, in a relaxing spa lounge. the sun terrace and garden area were perfect for soaking up the sun, while the bar/lounge area and outdoor dining area were great for enjoying delicious meals and drinks. the beachfront location provided stunning views of the ocean and easy access to the beautiful beach. the private facilities, including the room and in-room breakfast, were exceptional.

The only minor issue I encountered at this hotel was the lack of live entertainment. Although there were a variety of leisure/ TV rooms available, there were no live performances or shows.
