From the moment we arrived, the personal touch at Sala Boutique made our stay unforgettable. The warm welcome from Thomas, the owner, left a lasting impression on us. The elegant furnishings and attention to detail in our Chiangmai room were truly impressive. Breakfast was delicious, with customizable eggs and strong coffee. The Thai cuisine at Sala Thai Restaurant was outstanding. Although there were limited dining options, the food here was top-notch. The staff, especially Raj, were exceptional in their service and made us feel incredibly welcomed. Despite a few minor drawbacks such as the lack of bedroom slippers and ironing boards, the overall experience was exceptional. I would highly recommend this warm and cozy retreat.

The location of the hotel was very convenient as it was very very close to a mosque and right in the centre of town. It was also close to the airport and the pier for ferry, making it easy to access various transportation options. The room was spacious, clean, and well-appointed with a strong A/C and WiFi. The staff went above and beyond to ensure our comfort and provided a fabulous breakfast. The on-site Thai restaurant served delicious curry and fresh-pressed juices.

The hotel lacked a bit of ambiance and character.

Lovely surprise - a calm and zen space in the middle of the city's chaos. Spotless and welcoming. Excellent host who arranged pick-up and drop-off, served the best meal and prepared a plentiful breakfast. Thomas has interesting stories to share about his journey in the hospitality industry. Highly recommended.

Nothing that I didn't like.

The hotel had friendly staff who really looked after us. the Thai restaurant in the hotel served some of the best Thai food we've ever tasted, even better than some of the food we had in Thailand. the location was very convenient, within walking distance to everything we wanted to do.

The room was a bit disappointing. It was quite dark as there wasn't much natural light, and the bathroom was quite tiny for a boutique hotel.

As trekkers and a group of friends, we loved the excellent Thai food offered at the attached restaurant. The staff was friendly and helped organize great day trips.
