The staff was exceptionally friendly and helpful, going above and beyond to ensure a comfortable stay. The room was spacious and comfortable, with a very comfortable bed and effective air conditioning. The hotel also provided excellent amenities, such as a large personal safe and a lovely pool area. The dining experience was enjoyable, with a set menu offering a good variety of choices. The food presentation and quality were also impressive. I had a fantastic experience at this hotel and would highly recommend it to families seeking a comfortable and luxurious stay.

I had a lovely stay at the Grand Hotel Gozo. The location was convenient, just a short walk from the ferry terminal and close to the bus stop to Victoria. The room was spacious and comfortable, with a terrace offering panoramic views of Mgarr Harbour. The buffet breakfast was delicious and the dinners were enjoyable. I also loved taking walks along the scenic cliff paths nearby. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout my stay. I highly recommend this hotel for a relaxed and enjoyable island getaway.

We had an amazing stay at this luxurious 4-star hotel located on a hill with a stunning view of the port. The spacious and cosy rooms were perfect for relaxation, and the balcony provided a lovely spot to enjoy a drink while taking in the scenery. The staff, especially the restaurant manager and the receptionists Pauline and Kimberly, were extremely friendly and went above and beyond to ensure our satisfaction. The buffet breakfast had a wide variety of options and the food was delicious. The indoor pool was well-maintained and had the perfect temperature for a refreshing swim. We couldn't have asked for a better experience in terms of comfort and quality services.

The location of the hotel is fantastic, as it is near lots of good options by the harbour. Within walking distance, you can find several excellent restaurants where you can enjoy delicious meals. Additionally, the hotel is very close to the harbour, making it convenient for exploring the surrounding area. The Il Migiarro restaurant is also nearby, offering a great dining experience.

The breakfast at the hotel was a bit disappointing. According to some reviews, there were limited options and some items ran out quickly, leaving guests unsatisfied.

the hotel was exceptional, surpassing my expectations. the pool and rooftop bar were fantastic, offering breathtaking views. the attentive staff went above and beyond to make our stay memorable, especially when my partner needed medical assistance. we can't wait to return to this gem in Ghajnsielem.

Spent my Xmas at a hotel in Gozo and it was truly a memorable experience. the room had a fantastic view that complemented the holiday vibes. the staff was very friendly and the breakfast was amazing - both continental and full English breakfast. Location was very convenient as it was a few minutes walk from ferry and bus stops and a plethora of restaurants.

Although the room was spacious, the air conditioning wasn't functioning properly and it could get quite humid. the furnishings definitely need an update, especially the air conditioning and bathtub.

Beautiful view, friendly staff, good food. Clean room, ok AC and Wi-Fi. Helpful with Gozo info. Will recommend to family/friends. Will stay again.
