It would have been helpful to have a list of TV channels in the room, as well as instructions on how to use the coffee machine and laundry facilities in the basement.

The administration was accommodating and allowed me to check in and out late. The location was very convenient, within walking distance to Lake Zurich and a short tram ride to the city center.
