Our family had a spectacular 4-night stay in a Junior Suite! The service was outstanding, with special shoutouts to Akhil and Bheemul at the front desk, who treated us like royalty. Eating at both the Asian restaurant and Le Barachois was an unforgettable experience filled with delicious flavors!

I was deeply frustrated with the strict dining dress code. My wife wanted a special birthday dinner, but we were turned away for not wearing trousers, even though one of the venues we could have visited was closed. The constant need to request room cleaning and replenishment of items was a significant inconvenience during our stay, and it should not be the case in a supposed luxury hotel.

The personalized service from staff like Akshada and the delicious meals at the floating restaurant made my stay truly memorable. I loved the tranquil atmosphere and the beautiful design of the rooms. Can't wait to return!

Housekeeping was inconsistent, requiring specific instructions from us for proper cleaning. on many occasions, the glassware in our room was not cleaned thoroughly.

Our stay in the Junior Suite BeachFront was pure bliss! The beach access was just steps away, and the room service was impeccable—everything arrived hot and delicious. The kids club was a highlight, keeping my little one entertained while we enjoyed the stunning spa lounge.

It really felt like a little paradise. The decor was well designed, and they stocked the room with a great selection of drinks. They even hooked us up with an upgrade to a private villa over the water for my birthday, which was super romantic! Totally felt secluded and luxurious.
