The hotel offers clean and modern rooms.

During my stay, I encountered several frustrating issues. First, the warm water was frequently unavailable, making it difficult for me to enjoy my showers after skiing. Additionally, the wooden steps outside became treacherous with ice, leading to some slips among guests, which was concerning. Most disappointing of all was the lack of staff assistance when I needed it. the front desk wasn’t available at night, making emergencies stressful.

I enjoyed a clean and comfortable stay at Grey Fox Inn with a charming room featuring a balcony and mountain views, although the view was somewhat limited. The indoor pool was a nice bonus, providing a relaxing spot after a day out. However, the fireplace lacked heat, and it would be helpful if the staff addressed some maintenance issues during the busy season.

Great location near recreational trails for biking.

I was quite disappointed with the noise level during my stay. The guests in the room above us were incredibly loud, waking us up at 5 am with what sounded like jumping or heavy thuds. Additionally, I felt uneasy about the poorly lit stairway leading to our room, which raised safety concerns. It seems the hotel could use some improvement in accommodating guest comfort regarding noise and safety.

Wicked surprised by how nice the indoor pool was, especially after a rainy day! Room was big, clean, and comfy with killer coffee options too. That mini fridge? Perfect for my snacks. The location is fantastic, nestled right next to beautiful recreational paths, perfect for biking or strolling. The room was spacious with great amenities, including an impressive large TV, which made for a comfortable unwinding experience. While the walkout to the grassy area was pleasant after a day exploring, noise from neighboring guests was a concern, particularly during the early morning hours. However, the hospitality from the staff stood out, especially the warm welcome received at check-in.
