I had an amazing stay at this hotel. The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming from the moment I arrived. They helped me with my bags, made sure I was comfortable, and even took the time to communicate with me in English. The rooms were spacious and the beds were very comfortable. I also loved the hotel's location, which was close to the historical center of the city and a shopping center with a supermarket and food courts. The breakfast buffet was superb, with a wide variety of options to choose from. The staff at the restaurant were always eager to assist me and even personalized my coffee with my name in the froth. I felt very welcome and at home during my stay.

Convenient walking distance to city center, offering free shuttle bus to Miraflores and taxi services. Superb breakfast buffet and comfortable beds in spacious rooms. Excellent views from top floors. Next to shopping center with a Starbucks.

However, the Sheraton Lima Hotel provided us with exceptional care during our stay. They went above and beyond to ensure our comfort and safety. The hotel provided us with delicious meals, access to their fitness center, pool area, and lounge. In a time of uncertainty and stress, they created a safe and happy environment for us. We cannot thank them enough for their kindness and support during our time in Lima. I highly recommend this hotel for their outstanding service, especially in times of crisis.

At Sheraton, we were offered an upgrade to the Club rooms for just $30 per night, and it was worth every penny. The Club lounge provided unlimited food and drink all day, including wine in the evenings. The staff, especially Luis and Angel, provided personalized and excellent service, making our stay even more enjoyable. We were so impressed that we ended up extending our stay to 8 days. The hotel was clean, well-staffed, and the rooms were very comfortable. we had a great experience and would definitely stay at Sheraton Lima Historic Center again.

The hotel is clearly in need of an update, and charging higher prices for outdated decor is not worth it. the breakfast was not in a dining room and was served in a noisy reception foyer.

We were pleasantly surprised by the upgrade to a spacious suite, which added a special touch to our romantic escape. the hotel's location was ideal for us, as it allowed us to easily explore the key attractions and museums in the area. the friendly and attentive staff made our stay even more enjoyable, providing excellent service and helpful suggestions for things to do.

One of the downsides of our stay was the noise level in our room. We could hear the loud activity from outside, which affected our sleep quality.

As youngsters, we loved the fantastic breakfast buffet with fresh, local fruit and the Peruvian food in the restaurant. The hotel's location next to a shopping mall was convenient for us. The view of the judicial building from our room was impressive. The staff was always friendly and helpful. Walking distance to the historical city center was a huge plus. a great experience during our honeymoon.

Although the hotel was flawless, there was one minor issue. We noticed some noise from a nearby bar/pub that could be heard until midnight.
