We got great value for our money with a lovely room and breathtaking seaside view. The location was fantastic with lots to do nearby. The staff, especially Asma and Ghizlaine, were incredibly friendly and accommodating, going above and beyond to make our stay special.

The breakfast option could be improved with more variety.

The "Gastronomic" restaurant offers delicious food and has a great location near the marina, while The Market restaurant provides a variety of tasty options. The rooms are spacious, with nice views of the pool or beach, and the bathrooms are clean and well-maintained. The staff is friendly and always willing to help, ensuring a pleasant stay for guests. Facilities such as private beach access and a pool are available for guests to enjoy.

The service in the restaurant and bar can be frustrating, with staff sometimes being inattentive and slow in responding to guests' needs.

I had a fantastic stay at Sofitel! The hotel gardens were beautifully maintained and the swimming pool was stunning. The location, with its private beach, was a definite highlight. The staff were generally polite and accommodating. I especially appreciated the assistance I received from Mr. Zakaria, the hotel porter, who went above and beyond to make my stay memorable. I highly recommend this hotel.

During my recent city break, I was fortunate enough to have a room with stunning views of the surrounding area. the room was clean and tidy, and the beds were quite comfortable. the location of the hotel was ideal, placing me at the heart of the city, near all the main attractions.

Poor Service & Dull Atmosphere

This hotel provided us with luxurious amenities such as an indoor swimming pool, sauna, and Turkish bath. the spa centre was exceptional. the staff were accommodating and provided us with excellent service. the hotel is located directly on the beach with beautiful views and the sun terrace was the perfect place to relax.

The only minor issue we experienced was that the water pressure in the shower was not very strong.

As longer term business travelers, we were impressed by the wide range of facilities and amenities offered at the hotel. The three swimming pools, including a heated one, provided a perfect place to relax. The private beach with upholstered beds, couches, and chairs was a delightful addition. The beachside restaurant offered delicious lunches and tapas in the evenings. The hotel also had two main indoor restaurants, including a Moroccan al la carte option for dinner. The attentive staff went above and beyond to cater to our needs, making our stay truly memorable.
