We had an amazing time at this resort. The location was perfect, right on the beach and just a short walk to the shopping center. We loved waking up each morning and being able to walk straight onto the beautiful sandy beach. The room was clean and comfortable, with a spacious bathroom and a stunning view of the ocean. The staff were friendly and always willing to help. The breakfast buffet had a wide variety of options and we enjoyed starting our day with a delicious meal. We also took advantage of the free water sports available, such as snorkeling in the crystal-clear waters of Mon Choisy beach.

That the evening meals could have been better. The main courses lacked variety, with a heavy focus on curry and rice.

I recently had a fantastic stay at a new and modern hotel in Grand Baie. the property was digital-friendly and had a lovely modern decor. the pool and other facilities were superb, and the rooftop restaurant was very nice. I felt welcomed by the general manager, and the staff, especially Jennifer and Iqbal, were extremely friendly. the complimentary snorkeling experience was a nice touch. the rooms were spacious and very clean, and the kids club had amazing facilities and a friendly staff. the beach and water activities were also amazing. it was worth every penny and I highly recommend it.

The beach was nice and there were always sun loungers available. We received a nice bottle of complimentary wine upon arrival which was a great touch. the food was quite good and there were a variety of options to choose from.

The location was far from any attractions and activities. the staff were not very helpful or attentive.

Amazing vacation experience with excellent facilities including restaurants, spa, gym, pools, and beach. Staff provides exceptional service and care. The location is ideal, with great weather and nearby amenities. Modern style and heated swim pool add to the uniqueness. Housekeeping is prompt and efficient.

Recently stayed at Lux* in Grand Baie for a week-long vacation and had a fantastic time. The location is perfect, with a beautiful beach and amazing sunsets. The service from the staff, especially our butler Avinass, was outstanding - they were always prompt and respectful. The resort itself is like a little piece of heaven, with top-notch facilities and friendly staff. The Aikisu restaurant served delicious food and the outdoor rooftop gym was a highlight. We also appreciated the small gestures, like finding a plate and knife in our room when we bought some fruit from the supermarket. an amazing resort experience.

As a budget traveler, I was pleased with the facilities and amenities at Lux* Grand Baie. The brand new hotel offered a stunning design, spacious rooms with modern technology, and two beautiful pool areas. The beach area was safe and private, and the three restaurants provided outstanding cuisine and a great selection of wines. The rooftop bar was a highlight, offering incredible sunsets, cool music, and delicious cocktails. The spa was the nicest I have ever seen, providing a truly relaxing experience. Felt very welcomed, no complaints.

This hotel exceeded my expectations with its luxurious amenities and outstanding service. the Spa & Wellness Centre was fantastic, with a variety of beauty treatments and relaxing massages. the outdoor swimming pool and Jacuzzi were also top-notch and provided a great escape from the heat. Beach access was convenient and the sun loungers on the garden area were comfortable.

There was a minor issue with the room's temperature control but it was quickly resolved by the friendly and attentive staff.
