We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The rooms were huge and beautifully decorated. We loved riding our bikes to the beach, especially since we had a lagoon room. The hotel facilities were amazing and exceptionally well kept. We felt like we were in a sanctuary away from the world. The staff were friendly, welcoming, and helpful from the start. It was so easy to get around the resort with various transportation options available, including walking, cycling, golf carts, or ferries. The location to the beach at 8 in the morning was perfect, as it was so close to nature for our child. The breakfast was delicious and the Mexican restaurant at the beach was amazing.

The hotel offered bike rentals, allowing us to explore the expansive and beautiful property at our own leisure. The staff were friendly and attentive, making us feel like VIPs from the moment we arrived. The spacious and comfortable rooms were a welcome retreat after a day of adventure. The delicious food at the hotel restaurants catered perfectly to our taste buds, although it was a bit pricey. a fantastic experience.

The property at Andaz is stunning, with modern and elegant decor that creates a beautiful atmosphere. The beach is fantastic, and the food and service provided are truly top notch. I had an amazing stay at this hotel. The cleanliness was top-notch, and the hotel facilities were stylish and modern. The staff went above and beyond to ensure I had a great experience. They were accommodating, friendly, and made me feel at home. The location was perfect, with easy access to activities in and around Mayakoba. I enjoyed exploring the preserved animal reserve and taking part in the various activities available. The breakfast buffet had a great selection of Mexican and international options, including a good variety of fruits and healthy choices.

The expensive spa treatments, which detracted from the otherwise great experience. while the facility was comfortable and clean, it lacked intimacy and charm.

From the moment I arrived, this hotel exceeded all my expectations. the staff was courteous, accommodating and made me feel like royalty. the luxurious amenities were top, notch, including the spa, sauna, and outdoor swimming pool with a stunning ocean view. the treatments were relaxing and tailored to my needs, and the live entertainment made my evenings special.

this didn't affect my overall experience at this hotel, as the beautiful garden area and outdoor heated swimming pool made up for it.

The beach location was absolutely stunning and pristine. the mangroves surrounding the resort added to the overall beauty and tranquility. the staff were very helpful and made our stay easy. We loved riding bikes from the lagoon side to the beach side, it was a unique experience. the free EcoTour through the mangroves was a highlight, merging nature and the resort perfectly.

There was a lot of seaweed on the beach, which made it unusable during our stay. It was disappointing to come to the area and not be able to experience the sea.
