During my stay at Andaz, I was impressed by the sleek design of the hotel building. The rooms, although not soundproof, were clean and comfortable. I appreciated the Nespresso machine for my morning coffee fix. The staff was attentive and went out of their way to assist me. The breakfast was delicious, although I wished for a more traditional dining setting. The location was ideal, with Condesa and Roma just a short walk away. I would recommend Andaz for a pleasant stay in Mexico City.

The hotel is in a great location close to popular neighborhoods with easy walking access. the rooms are clean and comfortable with friendly staff that offers great service; they were always willing to help with directions or recommendations. the breakfast was delicious and really hit the spot in the morning!

The pool area was a bit of a letdown as there were very few pool seats and the loud music made it difficult to relax. the room did not offer good soundproofing, which made sleeping difficult.

From the moment we arrived, we were treated like royalty. The hotel staff went above and beyond to cater to our needs, providing exceptional service. The unique and exclusive amenities offered at this hotel, such as the breathtaking Spa & wellness centre and Outdoor swimming pool with a Jacuzzi, make for an indulgent stay. We were pampered with relaxing massages and beauty treatments at the Spa lounge, which is equipped with treatment rooms and saunas. The scrumptious barbeque facilities and beautiful garden area were perfect for a relaxed evening. The in-room breakfast and dinner did not disappoint, and special diet menus are available upon request.

The only downside we experienced was the loud music at the Night club near the swimming pool area. However, this was a minor issue and did not hinder our overall experience at this hotel.

Nothing to complain about at all.
