The grounds are beautifully landscaped, and our room was spacious with a lovely balcony view! We enjoyed the peaceful setting and swimming in the refreshing pool—perfect for unwinding after hikes in the stunning nearby mountains.

The furniture felt like it was older than my last pair of shoes, and don’t even get me started on the bathroom, which seemed stuck in another decade! Still, at least I didn't have to share it with a ghost—always a bonus!

The view from our balcony was breathtaking, especially at sunset. The room was well-kept, and I truly appreciated the peaceful atmosphere making each morning delightful. The staff ensured our comfort throughout.

The outdated decor could really use a refresh!!! Peeling paneling and old furniture made the room feel neglected!!! Additionally, the pillows and sheets had a noticeable odor that detracted from the experience!!! Breakfast starting at 8 am seems too late for early risers!!!

Clean rooms and friendly staff made for a pleasant stay. The playground on the grounds was a nice bonus for the kids. The bathroom was very small and lacked a railing, making it difficult for me to navigate as a handicapped guest.

absolutely terrible experience, to be listed as a B&B but with breakfast starting at 8 am is beyond comprehension. plus, my toilet leaked the entire stay! i woudl ve been content with a complimentary gesture to make up for all this, but NO! just really left me hanging. i almost gave a good review, but just couldn’t.

I had a fantastic experience. The King Room with Balcony was spacious and very clean. The light breakfast after 8 am was enjoyable. Staff helped with any needs I had. The location was perfect for accessing the Great Smoky Mountains National Park. 🌄

I had a lovely couple of nights at this cozy spot, enjoying the refreshing pool and the beautiful sun terrace that made my downtime perfect. Although the breakfast options were good, I wished for just a bit more variety. Overall, it was a fantastic getaway, and I recommend checking out the local events for a fun experience! 😊

Loved the King Room with Balcony! It was spacious and super clean, which made us feel right at home. The decor was a bit older, but the quality furniture and non-carpeted floors were a nice touch. A great plus was the room’s location, just a stone's throw from the peaceful pool area. It felt relaxing, especially after exploring the nearby Smoky Mountains. Breakfast was decent too. Just wish there was a coffee maker in the room!

the housekeeping crew was excellent and went above and beyond, making sure our room sparkled every day. the outdoor pool was a real treat with stunning mountain views! breakfast included the most delicious blueberry muffins that fueled our adventures.

wifi connection could use some improvement. 📶
