Room size perfect for family of three. Upgraded to refurbished room with great view of city and Vatican. Lovely staff, excellent daily maid service. Huge variety of breakfast, good bar and staff. Close to public transport. Ate delicious room service food. Will stay again.

Nothing that I didn't like.

We recently stayed at this hotel and had a wonderful experience. The location may be a bit far from the city center, but it was in a quiet neighborhood which allowed us to relax and unwind after a long day of exploring. The room we stayed in was clean and comfortable, with all the necessary amenities such as air conditioning, tea/coffee facilities, and a mini-bar. The hotel also offered a wide range of services including room service, car hire, and laundry facilities. we were very satisfied with our stay and would highly recommend this place to anyone visiting.

We had a bit of trouble getting to the city center as the hotel is a bit far, but it was worth it for the peaceful atmosphere and great service.

the night view from the room was fantastic, especially with the city view and balcony. the hotel provided excellent amenities, including reliable Wi-Fi and parking. the staff was incredibly helpful, friendly, and understanding. They even went above and beyond by upgrading our room without any extra cost when we expressed dissatisfaction with our initial room. the workers were patient and provided us with guidance on which bus to take and direction to go.

The walls of the hotel were very thin, causing disturbance from noise in the corridors and neighboring rooms. The breakfast options were very limited, lacking fresh fruits and vegetables.

Loved the upgraded executive suite and the breathtaking view from the balcony, it made our honeymoon truly special. Daily maid service was excellent and the variety of breakfast options was impressive. The bar and bar staff were also very friendly and the hotel's proximity to public transport made getting around easy.

Spacious rooms and bathroom, and fantastic quality/price ratio. The hotel was easy to reach by car and had ample underground parking. The cleanliness throughout the hotel was perfect. The staff, from the front desk to the restaurant to the cleaning staff, were all friendly and helpful.

The breakfast selection was lacking, and could use a few more options. The hotel is quite far from the city center, so transportation to the attractions can be a hassle.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The staff were lovely and upgraded us to a beautiful executive suite for our honeymoon. The view from our balcony was amazing, overlooking the city. The daily maid service was excellent, keeping our room clean and tidy. The hotel facilities were great, including a bar with friendly bar staff. We enjoyed a variety of options for breakfast, with delicious Italian pastries and a continental spread. We were also pleased to find that there was parking available at this hotel. The location, while not in the city center, was in a nice residential area. On the first day, we walked to the nearby metro station, and public transportation options were available as well.

We were pleasantly surprised by the cleanliness of the hotel. Our room was impeccably clean and well-maintained. The staff in the restaurant were friendly and always willing to help.

Although there were a few drawbacks, such as the firm mattresses and slightly pricey night time meals, the overall value for the price was excellent.

The suite I stayed in was absolutely lovely, with a spacious lounge area, a comfortable king-size bed, and a nice balcony with a picturesque view. The shower in the bathroom was fantastic and the air conditioning kept the bedroom cool. I also enjoyed having access to Sky TV in the room.

The location of the hotel, although far from the main tourist sites, was actually quite peaceful and offered a break from the city noise. Plus, there were convenient transport options available, including a direct bus to the Vatican City and several bus lines to the Cornelia underground station.

During Easter, my stay at this hotel was quite enjoyable. the room was clean and comfortable, providing a pleasant atmosphere for my vacation. Additionally, the staff was friendly and accommodating, always willing to assist with any inquiries or requests. Moreover, I really liked the fact that the hotel offered a convenient shuttle service, which made it easy for me to explore the nearby attractions and key locations.

There were a few aspects that were a bit disappointing. the communication skills of the reception staff were not up to an adequate level, which caused some difficulties in understanding each other.
