Great location near Cintermex and Parque Fundidora. Spacious and clean rooms with comfortable beds. The staff, especially Rafael and his team at the front desk, provided excellent service. They were fluent in English and went out of their way to help us with suggestions and directions. The internet worked perfectly during our stay.

The hotel is a bit old and not very attractive. There were some renovations happening, but thankfully, we didn't hear any noise from our room.

We loved how this venue was so conveniently located next to a great park and an Oxxo convenience store, making it easy to grab snacks and drinks. Plus, it was close to everything we needed during our stay. The service was outstanding, with prompt responses to our requests for room service, dry cleaning, housekeeping, laundry. We also appreciated the welcome drink and in-room amenities, such as the ironing facilities, heating, air conditioning, and spacious sitting area.

Although we didn't have enough time to enjoy everything, we were impressed by the leisure facilities, including the sauna, outdoor swimming pool, and rooftop pool. The sun loungers were also a nice touch.
