We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The location was ideal, as it was close to the beach and within walking distance to various shopping stores, local clubs, and the Emporio. The cleanliness of the rooms was impressive, and the staff provided excellent service. The breakfast buffet at the restaurant was delicious, and we enjoyed the pleasant atmosphere.

the breakfast buffet offered a wide variety of delicious options, including fresh fruits, omelettes, and soups. the dessert selection and bread options were also impressive. the spacious room with a comfortable king size bed made my stay even more enjoyable. I received exceptional service from Andres during the check-in process, and the three pools and on-site restaurant were excellent amenities. Access to the beach was convenient, and a short walk along the shoreline led to various restaurants and bars, with Pancho's being a standout choice.

We stayed at Emporio for a week and had an amazing time. The hotel's location in the golden zone was perfect, just steps away from the beach. The room and facilities were immaculate, and the staff made sure everything was well-maintained. The bed was super comfortable, and we loved that our room opened onto the pool property. The on-site restaurant was easily accessible and the staff, especially Jesus, went above and beyond to ensure we had a great experience.

I had a fantastic time during my city break at this hotel. the staff were incredibly attentive and resolved any issues I had with my room and laundry delivery. I was also impressed with the buffet breakfasts, especially the choice of fresh juices and national cuisine. the ocean view from both my room and the restaurant was amazing. the room itself was clean, spacious, and had all the necessary facilities. I was particularly happy with the bath cosmetics provided - the shampoo and hair conditioner left my hair soft and shiny.

There were a few aspects of my stay that could have been better. the cable went off twice during my stay, which was a bit frustrating.

We stayed at a hotel by the beach with stunning sea views and everything in central Mazatlán close by. We loved the spacious rooms, big showers, and impressive views of the ocean. The staff were excellent and went out of their way to be helpful, even during a hurricane. Despite the hotel being run down, we still enjoyed our stay.

The hotel had a few maintenance issues that needed attention, such as leaky pipes and inoperable locks.
