The internet connection is abysmal!!! It makes working impossible!!! The outdated room decor is off-putting!!! Parking can be a hassle due to the noise and crowds from the adjacent club!!! No elevator access to upper floors!!!

I had a comfortable stay with clean rooms and great breakfast options. However, the hotel shows signs of neglect, especially with broken lounge chairs by the pool and inconsistent towel service. Ideal for families looking for a cozy spot but needing improvement in maintenance and internet connectivity.

Comfortable room, welcoming staff, the included breakfast was a delight with a wide variety of options, and I appreciated the easy access to a bank machine.

I absolutely loved my stay in the Standard King Room. it was spotlessly clean and had a comfy king bed! The breakfast was a highlight with a variety of options, including freshly made omelettes and pancakes. Plus, the outdoor area had live music that made my mornings even more delightful!

the araiza palmira hotel y centro de convenciones has a fantastic outdoor swimming pool surrounded by lush gardens, perfect for a refreshing dip. the staff, especially david, were incredibly helpful and friendly, making our stay enjoyable. its location at the end of the malecon is great for exploring nearby restaurants.
