I had a very good stay at this hotel. The location was perfect, being near the square in the area of interesting architecture. I enjoyed having breakfast with a view of the town, and the breakfast itself was excellent with a wide variety of hot dishes. The service provided by the staff was also exceptional.

All aspects of my stay at this hotel were satisfactory.

Staff helpful during emergency, accommodating to single parent with kids. Good location for downtown attractions. Delicious breakfast, although long wait for food cart. Prices on third-party sites may differ from hotel.

The location of Aranzazu Centro Historico was perfect for exploring the city, with interesting architecture and the square nearby. The front desk staff were extremely helpful and friendly, despite our repeated issues with the room keys not working. The breakfast buffet was excellent, with a wide variety of delicious dishes to choose from. The bed in our room was very comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep.

Room cleanliness was subpar, with hair on the sink counter and floors not properly mopped. Housekeeping entered the room without permission.

The location of the hotel was excellent, as it was close to key attractions and surrounded by great restaurants. the hotel staff was friendly and helpful, providing excellent customer service. Additionally, the common areas of the hotel were clean and well-maintained.

There were a few issues that detracted from the overall experience. the AC in the room was not working properly, which made the room uncomfortably warm.
