I recently stayed at Courtyard for six nights while on a business trip to Dallas. The front desk staff were friendly and helpful, making a great first impression. The shuttle service was efficient and well-managed. The room itself was spacious and comfortable, with a cozy bed. The hotel also had a workout center where I could get my cardio in. Despite having one issue with the dryer, it was quickly resolved by the attentive staff. it was a pleasant and enjoyable stay.

She went above and beyond to assist me with finding alternate transportation to the airport. The location of the hotel was great and the staff truly made me feel taken care of. I will definitely be returning on my future visits to Dallas.

The food at the hotel's bistro was subpar, leaving much to be desired. As someone coming from California, I expected more in terms of quality and taste.
