As business travelers, we were impressed with the facilities and amenities offered at this hotel. The staff went above and beyond to ensure our comfort, even providing a toothbrush when we forgot ours. The beds were great and the on-site dining was convenient. The hotel was located in a quiet neighborhood with plenty of good dining options nearby. The cleanliness of both the hotel and the surrounding area was impressive.

This hotel is located in a decent neighbourhood, with a DART station just a short walk away. Guests can enjoy meals at any of the nice restaurants nearby, such as The Bistro, Chili’s, Waffle House, and Wendy's. The rooms are spacious, well-stocked with mini-fridges, coffee makers, and iron boxes. The breakfast is good value for money, the staff super helpful and welcoming.

Some of the staff seem to have a poor attitude, being unhelpful and unpleasant, as pointed out by one guest.
