We were impressed with the wide range of amenities offered, such as room service, housekeeping, and even grocery shopping service. The hotel also provided a laundry service, which made our stay even more convenient. Additionally, the airport shuttle service ensured a hassle-free arrival and departure. We also enjoyed the welcome drink and the tours/ticket assistance provided by the hotel, making it easy for us to explore the area.

There were a few aspects of our stay that we did not enjoy. the noise level at the hotel was quite high, especially due to the nearby train.

As a light sleeper, I was pleasantly surprised by the sound insulation in the room. The air conditioner exceeded my expectations and ensured a quiet and peaceful sleep. The hotel staff were kind and held our luggage twice during our stay.

The leisure swimming pool and outdoor swimming pool were so relaxing. I also enjoyed the sun terrace, garden area, and leisure/TV room. Free Wi-Fi in public areas was a definite plus, and the on-site car park was very convenient.

I had a wonderful stay at Hotel Ronda Minerva. The location was perfect, close to all the sights I wanted to see. The amenities provided were great and the pool was very nice. The attention from the bellboy was exceptional and everything was kept very clean. Even though there were some issues mentioned in the reviews, I didn't experience any of them. I would definitely recommend this hotel.
