During my stay at the hotel, I was impressed with the beautiful location next to a quiet river, providing a soothing ambiance. The restaurant had a pleasant atmosphere, with the sound of the river adding to the dining experience. The hotel's proximity to the center of Zell Am See made it convenient for exploring the city. The spacious rooms were comfortable, and the bathrooms were large and well-designed. The staff provided excellent service, and the breakfast offered a wide variety of delicious options. the hotel provided a pleasant stay with its picturesque location and comfortable amenities.

There was an issue with the heating in the room on the 5th floor, which affected the overall comfort.

Very modern and comfortable luxury accommodation for skiers/borders. Helpful and friendly staff, except for one male receptionist. Large and well-maintained rooms with beautiful mountain views. Good-sized spa with indoor and outdoor pools. Excellent breakfast and convenient central location with parking. Great for families with organized activities for children.

The luxurious amenities at this venue are impressive; the spa and wellness center, indoor and outdoor swimming pools, sauna, and Jacuzzi provided the perfect escape after a fun-filled day exploring the area. The massage and beauty treatments available here were top-notch, and the staff service was attentive and prompt. The location is also an advantage, as it is centrally located and has easy access to the main tourist attractions. The restaurant offered delicious dishes and a variety of options for breakfast, lunch, and dinner.

The only minor issue I experienced was the lack of information available at the spa regarding how to use the facilities properly. However, it was a small inconvenience and did not reduce the overall quality of my stay.

Had a great time in this luxury hotel, it offered indoor and outdoor pools. The outdoor pool was warm and looked pink at night. The catering for dinner was amazing; it was like being in a restaurant. The hotel had lots of activities for children including mountain biking. The rooms were spacious, comfy and had modern decor. The location was perfect for skiing and had the best mountain views. The hotel also provided locker rooms for skiing equipment.

The hotel was noisy at times, especially at night because of the nearby popular après-ski location. Breakfast seating management was poor and staff was not always reliable. The hotel lacked sufficient facilities, for example, air conditioning systems and hanging facilities for towels.
